About Ezekiel L. Rauscher

Ezekiel L. Rauscher practices in the areas of general litigation, intellectual property, and employment law. Zeke has handled all phases of litigation from pleadings to appeals. He believes that every filing and court appearance is an opportunity for advocacy, and that cases are often won or lost in the very early stages.

Before joining Johnson Muffly & Dauster, PC in 2021, Zeke practiced litigation as an associate attorney at two internationally recognized law firms in San Francisco, and also volunteered as a Deputy District Attorney in Marin County, CA. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), Order of the Coif, where he served as an Associate Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Maxine M. Chesney of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Zeke earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Wesleyan University, where he captained the men’s varsity swim team and the men’s water polo club.

Outside of the office, Zeke teaches Business Law and Ethics at CSU’s College of Business. He also loves to explore the Poudre River and other nearby wilderness with his wife and three kids, and has enjoyed moonlighting as a coach for their soccer and baseball teams.
